EVENT PLANNER COADJUTOR

The Bloom provides a personal Event Planner Coadjutor.

Your personal Coadjutor will assist in handling all your needs in the process of coordinating & pre-arrival setup up your Church group's retreat, honeymoon, wedding, festival, ceremony, competition, party, or convention.

Your personal Coadjutor can assist your Event Planner in coordinating every detail of meetings and conventions, from the speakers and meeting location to arranging for printed materials and audio-visual equipment.

Your personal Coadjutor is here to assist your event planner in addressing some or all of the following, depending on the event:

  • food
  • drinks
  • developing a theme or motif for the event
  • music
  • arranging decor
  • tables
  • chairs
  • tents
  • coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities)
  • prepare the event with staff
  • set up the entertainment
  • budgeting
  • guest list
  • advertising and marketing
  • establishing dates and alternate dates
  • selecting and reserving an event site if off The Bloom's premises
  • acquiring permits if needed for off site events,and coordinating related transportation and parking, event support and security, catering, police, fire, portable toilets, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, and cleanup.
